Shipping &  Return Policy

• Processing and shipping time is approximately 10 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
• Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Hair may be removed from the packaging for inspection; however, it must not be installed, worn, washed, smell worn, colored, cut, chemically processed, or altered in any way.
• The hair must be returned in its original condition to qualify for an exchange.
• If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and an exchange provided if applicable.
• Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent.
